Our Pétillant Naturel (as it’s called) is made of 2/3 Cabernet Sauvignon and 1/3 Grenache, both macerated for 48h. This discreet little bubbly will hydrate your senses all the while giving you freshness, fruitiness, and sweetness… perfect for a spring day! Best served extra chilled.

70% Syrah, 20% Grenache, and 10% Carignan, vinified and macerated for 4 days in vats.
These three varietals are hand-picked and joined together early in their maturation to give you a light, fresh, and easy drinkability.
Though that doesn’t mean you won’t get some nice silky tanins at the end.
From a blend of 50% Grenache and 50% Mourvèdre, macerated for 3 days.
These two varietals have reunited for this occasion to be vinified and aged in stainless steel vats.
You will no doubt appreciate its fruitiness as well as its fresh and easy drinkability.
From a blend of 80% Mourvèdre and 20% Syrah, macerated for 10 days.
Aged 6 months in beautiful old demi-muids.
This lovely, mostly Mourvèdre, wine will give you the feeling of biting into a juicy grape.
You will surely appreciate its peppery blackcurrant aromas that burst with flavor.
This blend of 70% Carignan and 30% Syrah, rooted in sandstone and clay soil, will treat your tastebuds to pleasure and delight.
Its grapes are harvested manually and the vinification is done for 15 days.
This wine’s year-long barrel aging gives it a deep purple hue, notes of sumptuous, chocolate-covered cherries as well as those silky leather tanins to transport you to the land of Costières.
The Sol’Era Vintage is produced uniquely as a Magnum. It is the fruit of several years of aging (4 to be exact). It’s made up of Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache, both well-ripened, from several years: 2017/2018/2019. The barrels in which we age this wine are partially emptied (25% per year) to be bottled directly by gravity. The idea here is to refill the barrels each time with the next year’s harvest. This is what explains the 2 varietals from 3 different years (at present) and more in the future… This is a wine that finds the delicate balance between fullness, depth, fruitiness, and power!
