Tentation 2018

100% Roussane

Vinified and pressed directly after harvest.

Aged 50% in stainless steel vats and 50% in barrels.

Esperanza 2018

(White) 

From a blend of 50% Grenache and 50% Roussane, vinified and macerated 24 hours.

Aged 50% in stainless steel vats and 50% in barrels.

This golden white wine will delight you with its balanced aromas and richness of flavor.

Tentation 2018

(Rosé)

From a blend of 50% Mouvèdre and 50% Syrah, vinified from a direct press.

Aged 50% in stainless steel vats and 50% in barrels.

You will appreciate the freshness and fullness of this rosé with a salmon-colored robe.

Ideally served between 8 and 10°C.

Esperanza 2018

(Rosé)

100% Syrah, vinified from a direct press.

Aged 50% in stainless steel vats and 50% in barrels.

You will appreciate the fruit and richness of ths rosé with a deep-colored robe.

Ideally served between 8 and 10°C.

Tentation 2018

(Red)

100% Syrah, vinified and semi-carbonic maceration for 4 days.

This Syrah takes root in salty soil that offers it a wonderful mineral quality.

You will appreciate its freshness as well as its light tannins.

Ideally served between 14 and 16°C.

Esperanza 2018

(Red)

From a blend of 50% Syrah and 50% Carignan, vinified in semi-carbonic maceration for 5 days.

These two varietals are reunited on this occasion to be vinified and aged in concrete vats.

You will appreciate this wine’s fresh fruit flavors.

Ideally served between 14 and 16°C.

Intuition 2017

(Red)

This wine, produced from 80% Mourvèdre grapes and 20% Syrah, will treat your senses with its fruity overtones and silky body. Its soil, composed of sandstone, clay and silt, along with our . soft vinification techniques, give this wine a rich crimson color  as well as light pepper, cherry aromas and a lovely fruity palate. To be conserved and served at 14 to 16°C.

Sensation 2017

(Red)

This blend of 50% Carignan and 50% Syrah, rooted in sandstone and clay soil, will treat your tastebuds to pleasure and delight.

Its grapes are harvested manually and the vinification is done in vats with half being aged in oak barrels.

With its crimson hue, this wine offers hints of chocolate and aromas of blackcurrant along with silky tannins to transport you to the land of Costières.

This bottle is to be conserved and served at 16 to 18°C and partners well
with festive meals shared with friends and family.It pairs perfectly with red meat, game, and cheese.
