« Un Coin Sur Terre » is the result of 12 years’ experience and reflection in the winemaking profession. From Bordeaux to Languedoc-Roussillon, by way of Chile, New Zealand and China, the skills and knowledge I have gained throughout the past 12 years are what now allow me to develop and grow my own winemaking business.
While completing my certifications (Bac Prof et BTS Viticulture Œnologie), I studied for four years in the Bordeaux region where I was born. There, I had the opportunity to discover small family-owned wineries such as Château Bardins as well as larger well-known names such as Château Haut Brion in A.O.C Pessac-Léognan (Gironde). In 2006, I made my way to the south, the region of the Gard, thanks to a position that was offered to me as the cellar master of a young vineyard/winery in Vauvert « Scamandre ».
For 7 years, I developed my skills and know-how in viniculture in addition to managing the technical aspect of the business and its conversion to Organic Agriculture in 2009. In an effort to continue to broaden my horizons, I worked the harvest season in Chile in 2010. Then, in 2013, I left for China to join my future wife and worked a vintage season on the South Island in New Zealand. Winemaking has been, and continues to be, a wonderful adventure.
