“Un Coin Sur Terre” is the result of 12 years’ experience and reflection in the winemaking profession. From Bordeaux to Languedoc-Roussillon, by way of Chile, New Zealand and China, the skills and knowledge I have gained are now what allow me to develop and grow my own winemaking business.
While completing my certifications (Bac Prof et BTS Viticulture Œnologie), I studied for four years in the Bordeaux region where I was born. There, I had the opportunity to work in small family-owned wineries such as Château Bardins as well as larger well-known names such as Château Haut Brion in A.O.C Pessac-Léognan (Gironde). In 2006, I made my way south, to the Gard region, thanks to a position I was offered as the cellar master of a new vineyard/winery in Vauvert “Scamandre”.
For 7 years, I developed my skills and know-how in viniculture in addition to managing the technical aspect of the business and its conversion to Organic Agriculture in 2009. In an effort to continue to broaden my horizons, I worked the harvest season in Chile in 2010 and then in New Zealand in 2013.
Winemaking has been, and continues to be, a wonderful adventure.
